At 1.30pm today Michael Wray (Big Michael / Gadgetman) passed away. He had been fighting a bad chest infection for the past week. Unfortunately paramedics were unable to do anything for him, although they tried their best, but it was not to be.

Michael was one of those guys who loved life and loved his guns as we all know. Now that he is gone he will be sorely missed. For those of you who did not know him you have most certainly missed out. He was a man who loved airsoft and enjoyed the company of fellow airsofters, he was not one to brag or boast. He just wanted to share his life experiences with us all and just loved to talk about airsoft and guns.

I hope that you will all join me in remembering Big Michael and send condolences to his family.

Michael leaves behind Wendy and a close family network and a lot of very good friends.

Michael we miss you, but we will see you again one day soon.

Faugh-A-Ballagh

I met Michael for the 1st time almost exactly 1 year ago at F58, a real nice bloke, always happy to talk airsoft with newcomers and let you try out his guns. He mentioned the chest infection when I was talking to him on Wednesday past but I didn't think for a second that it would be the last time I saw him. Very, very sad news, my condolences to his family.
