I believe insurgents will be civvies who grab their gun when they fancy a bit of insurgency. By all means bring a vest but if you wear it when in civvie mode you may get scooped by the Security Forces and your "cover"will be blown prematurely.

I too am now unable to attend some things have come up in the family and apart from all that I have had some unexpected charges land in my bank account, sorry chaps and have a good game!

Apart from the obvious weaponry do we need other kit like we did for Balkan Backlash like bivvy gear and so on.

Not sure myself but I believe the insugents will be based in the village overnight while the SF will have the new SF base so there should be no need for bashas but a groundsheet and a bivvy bag of sleeping bag might be an idea (tho I'm not planning on getting much if any sleep (or giving the enemy any!).

I've asked Sam to post any special kit needed and all he's said so far is what's posted above. Daresay he's been sort of busy putting the finising touches to the ville.

scratch my attendance unfortunately work decided I'm on toimorrow morning, so cant make it have to get up for a first time some other day ....

Anyone who's concerned about the weather, the detailed forecast overnight doesn't look too bad at all, besides there will be plenty of shelter in the new village.
