the market isn't going to decrease, as the film said, higher end producers are bring out low price range AEG's, the demand is still there, the problem still remains that for the price of the CA plastic m4 sports line, i could get, for example a full metal JG M4.

so yes, cheaper AEG's, but say bye bye to full metal weapons etc, unless your prepared to pay the big money for it.

personally, i don't believe that china will kill the industry off, they will probably hit the factories etc as a PR campaign for the people, then change the law, or agree a trade treaty that allows the AEG's still to be made but must be shipped outside of china and not sold to anyone living inside of its borders.

otherwise, it won't be hard for the big boys like JG, CYMA, Dboys to up sticks to hongkong where things are more laxed, otherwise CA, RS G&G would all be in the same situation.

The airsoft industry is big business and the company that can monopolies the budget market is in for some serious money, so if these company's do go bust which i doubt they will (probably re-brand and start making the same guns again.), there will be a boatload of company's if not born from the collapse of these brands will pop up in up in Korea, Japan etc

well as i first thought, things arn't as bad as first thought.

CYMA have released 5 new ak series, including a long awaited ak47 EBB, A&K have released 2 new SPR's and either a new company, or an old company trading under a new name have released an L96.

hopfully this is the start of the cloners coming up again.
